Do you require an annual contract?
No. PandaPrism is month-to-month on every plan — $49, $79, or $149 — and you can cancel anytime. Seven of the major review platforms we tracked require 12-month annual contracts; we built our pricing to be the opposite of that.
Can AI reply to Google reviews?
AI can draft the reply, but a human should always approve it. PandaPrism drafts every response in your voice and you approve with one tap — nothing auto-posts. AI-drafted replies are included on every plan, starting at $49/mo.

What happens to my reviews if I cancel?
Nothing. Your reviews live on Google, not in our software. Cancel anytime and every review stays on your Google Business Profile — switching costs you nothing you've earned.
Does PandaPrism work with Facebook or Yelp reviews?
We're Google-first at launch: the inbox, AI drafts, campaigns, and benchmarking all run on Google reviews. Facebook and Yelp monitoring are planned for later — we'd rather be honest about what we cover than promise everything.
How do the SMS review requests work?
After a visit, you trigger an SMS or email with a direct link to leave a Google review. Plans include 150–2,000 texts per month ($0.03 each over that). Consent language and automatic STOP handling are built in, so your review engine never becomes a compliance problem.
What does the Agency tier include?
The $149/mo Agency plan includes 10 client sub-accounts with white-label dashboards, pooled 2,000 SMS and 10,000 emails per month, 2,000 AI-drafted replies, client reporting, and shareable client login links — still month-to-month, cancel anytime.
